Great access to Christmas market—a delightful experience.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow due to limited staff. Additionally, I faced issues with the room cleaning. despite the website stating daily service, my room was not maintained during the day. I had to call reception to resolve the issue, which added to my dissatisfaction.

We just loved the modern, family-friendly rooms, which made our stay quite enjoyable. The location was perfect for venturing out to the Christmas market, just a pleasant walk away. Plus, the staff was super helpful, giving us tips on local attractions like La Laiterie for some great live shows.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower amenities need improvement.
